For example, flowers sent to Serbia are charged in GBP when you order through our UK website, in SEK through our Swedish website, in PLN through our Polish website, and in EUR through our German, Irish, Austrian, Dutch or Belgian websites.

No. The bouquet is not physically shipped from the United Kingdom / Europe to Serbia. It is prepared and delivered by a local partner florist, so the order does not require customs clearance for the international transport of fresh flowers.

Yes. When placing your order, you can write a personal message for the recipient. The local florist will print or handwrite it on a card and deliver it with the flowers. The personal message card is included in the price of the bouquet. Please refrain from adding complex symbols or emoticons as they may not show up correctly.
